BRISTOL AIRPORT HIT BY NATIONWIDE E-GATE OUTAGE
Passengers arriving at Bristol Airport are facing delays amid a nationwide e-gate issue.
The airport has been affected by technical issues which have caused chaos at airports across the country.
Airport bosses told the BBC the outage had so far caused maximum queue times of about 40 minutes, and that the situation was ongoing.
Airports across the country, including Heathrow, Gatwick, Edinburgh, Birmingham and Manchester, have all reported problems with their e-gate systems.

E-gates are automated gates that can check a person's identity using facial recognition information stored in biometric passports, allowing them to enter the country without talking to a Border Force official.
Border Force staff are having to process all passengers because of the e-gate malfunction.
Bristol Airport said its teams were "supporting to minimise impact where possible".
