SPOTTED: COOPER'S COFFEE HAUS IS COMING TO ALABANG

(SPOT.ph) For people from the South, specifically Alabang, there's never a scarcity of coffee shop options to get your daily caffeine fix—but frankly, there's always room for more. And with that, another well-loved brand joins the list. Yup, Cooper's Coffee Haus, a coffee shop known for creative coffee concoctions and crepes, looks to be opening at Westgate Center in Alabang.

We spotted the Cooper's Coffee Haus signage at the previous location of Brother's Burger at Westgate Center. From the looks of the board up, the new building will house three establishments namely Cooper's Coffee Haus, Brother's Burger, and Hai Chix & Steaks.

Cooper's Coffee Haus is known for their one-of-a-kind coffee drinks, which includes a standout Brown Butter Latte and the White Chocolate Mocha. The café also specializes in sweet crepes, available in flavors like Brown Butter Lemon, Vanilla Biscoff Crunch, Mango Coconut Cream, Banana Nutella Brulle, and Salted Caramel. They also have savory options for the crepes—think Tomato Cheese Melt, Breakfast Crepe, Chicken and Mushroom, and Honey Truffle Smoked Salmon.

Cooper's Coffee Haus already has several branches within the Metro since it opened during the pandemic. There are branches in Taguig, Pasig, Mandaluyong, and San Juan, and their most recent addition is in Makati City. As of writing, no offiical opening date when has been announced for the Alabang branch.
